Elitist is the perfect word for them. As a whole they try really, really hard to be better than everyone else and to swing things in their way. Nothing wrong with that, but it can be off putting to some. They have a super strong sisterhood in the sense that you should pick your sisters over other better qualified candidates in RSOs and bring others down if they aren’t your sister. A lot of the girls are fab, but the ones with the mentality give the whole chapter an elitist vibe
