how many girls have you talked to? Pretty sure every sorority has girls who are shy, but that doesn't represent the whole chapter. As for their exec, only 2 girls didn't make grades. Give them a break, it was their first semester choosing their executive board. Of course everything isn't going to be perfect, but it's running smoothly now. They aren't a bunch of wannabes who didn't get bids either. Get your facts straight please and thanks.
