For those who are really looking for the personality of a sorority, comparing to xyz sorority is meaningless. It's not a competition. This is a forum to discuss generalities. From working with pi phi I can say generally I found the girls to be easy going, willing to help and low key girls. They helped with our charity and everyone worked hard. I was impressed. I am sure the kappas are just as lovely
