The house they're in is much smaller than the one TPA is in. TPA girls are paying 14K a year to live there. DPhiE girls are paying nowhere near that, less than 10K. As long as they can pay the bills, they can keep it until the lease is up. It should be full next year, good for them. Good for TPA.
