Chi Phi chose not to participate in formal RUSH because they did not feel it was a good way to recruit new members. They installed 6 new members, all of which were initiated. Also I would consider them to be good quality individuals. Plus they continue to maintain the highest GPA on campus, so I would not consider that the "bottom of the pot."
