Hi POC here! I know plenty of people who wanted ADPi but either got dropped or did not get a bid including me. If they wanted diversity they could get it but they are happy with their sprinkle of token colored girls. Also everytime I talked to them at tabling before recruitment they would turn there nose up at me or use a super fake tone and then quickly move on to someone else who they would talk to for 30 minutes. Don’t get me wrong the whole sorority is not like this but a lot of them are rude and the nice sweet girl thing is just an image they put off. I can’t believe I let myself get sad because they dropped me. I’m re rushing this year and they will not even be considered this time.
