Recruit better based on what? Looks, clothes, shoes? Just because a girl doesn't look like a barbie or wear designer clothes does not mean she is not someone great to have in a chapter. Maybe if others stopped being so superficial they would have better retention rates and larger numbers. It's not because they just take anyone that they are a larger chapter it's because they can actually keep around the girls they do recruit. I'm so tired of the negativity on here. Sisterhood and respect is all that matters not what others think of your pledge class.
