DZ has had sisters on pan exec every year since my older sister rushed in 2020 with the exception of 2024. I was surprised no DZ was on exec when I joined in Fall but they have rep on pan exec again for 2025. Leadership was one of the reasons I considered DZ on pref, PLAM either way!
