When I got to the second level of the steam tunnels under Bascom Hill, I could hear a woman slightly singing , very poorly, beneath my feet. So I opened the steel door, and descended down the ladder another 20 feet into what I thought was the submerged unoccupied area of the subterranean tunnels. Instead I found this fraternity house, broken windows and doors, bricks stained and bloody, and a woman with pink eyes singing madly in the semi darkness. I walked over to her, she didn't even acknowledge me. I recognized her as the old chemistry professor, that crackpot nearly destroyed the class. She wasn't teaching chemistry when I knew her, she was merely standing at the front of the class and farting repeatedly. Then she would giggle insanely for about 30 minutes, until the class ended. It was bizarre. She is insane, living in that old creaky house, famous for its decadence and decay, and smelling like urine and garbage and corpses. The whole thing gave me the chills.
