So, if the numbers are so secret, why do you state that DG is #1 and always have been? I thought you couldn't know this information. Hmmm. You see the flaw in your statement? Strength in formal recruitment is based on statistics of how popular a chapter is to the PNMs based on how PNMs rank them after each round, number of invitation acceptances, etc. It has little to do with how much COR a chapter has to do throughout the year. THAT is based on openings that come up for whatever reason. Some chapters might want to give the impression that they don't ever have openings. But, that is to their own detriment. There is no shame in filling a few spots if they open up.
