Maybe upper bottom. Improving but really it’s because the culture at Tulane is changing and girls are realizing it’s okay to not be in a Big 4 sorority and instead of dropping out they have joined lower tiers. It has nothing to do with recruiting well, but with girls dropped giving it a chance which is great.
