Oh fer crap's sake, let me do the research for you. DG's philanthropy Service for Sight has been around since the 1930's. It's one of the oldest sorority philanthropies. It supports programs for people with visual impairments, and helps to fund four schools for sight impaired children in the U.S. In recent years it also started a program for the many military veterans who suffered eye injuries and blindness as a result of combat service in Iraq and Afghanistan.
