Please explain this "greek social circle" to me. To me, it doesn't seem like there is a huge social circle. All sororities mix with all (except maybe the bottom three for some) fraternities and each person has their own groups of people from other fraternities/sororities who they hang out with. There isn't really one social circle, people just have their own friend groups with people from other houses, and TKE doesn't seem much different from other houses in that regard.
