Yeah losing power really killed these guys, their brotherhood was always pretty weak due to the lack of pledging but with their current houses it's pretty much impossible for them to throw a genuinely great party. TKE has pretty much surpassed them by now, at least they have one decent house and the girls I know seem to enjoy their mixers more than the sig chi ones (plus they have real pledging).
