Also, I'm sorry but most organizations do not publically share internal policy changes or training that has happened. They do not share investigation findings nor other aspects of confidential nature. It is unreasonable to say nothing is happening when frankly you are not privy to that information. I do not think you have been on the internal side of a large organization before but this is standard. Theta will share public actions when necessary but currently, it takes time to develop and people need to recognize that the people running this organization are 18-21-year-olds who are in midterms so some rationality behind these comments would be great....
