I hear that. Again, I am so incredibly sorry that your friend had such a negative experience. I cannot speak to what has happened in the past within our organization as I was not part of it during this time. However, one of the good things about being a new member in a chapter is the opportunity for new growth and change. I want to be able to help repair the damaged relationships between our chapter and others in any way that I can.
