Okay you have some fair points but why is it specifically Alpha Gam that has had such a high drop rate? Like are the girls in the other sororities supposedly much better at balancing things? It's like you said, these things apply to EVERY greek group. Retention rates are a big deal. Even if you recruit 30 girls every year it doesn't matter if half of them drop. As for constant gossip, you are clearly a member of Alpha Gam so you would know best lol. Your members had so much to say about Kappa and DeeGee, so why don't you explain that?
