this is clearly written by a kappa, given the improper form of "they're". Yes, their new PC is definitely far hotter and better than their PC 16, but one of them has already dropped. they're just not what they used to be anymore, and while what they used to be wasn't everyone's cup of tea, now they're sort of floating without direction. They're just not top tier anymore.
