For starters, I don't consider talking about how you got dropped from every sorority during formal/informal recruitment on Theta's instagram page particularly panhellenic. Secondly, of course they're not the lowest sorority on campus because YOU CAN'T RANK THEM. They're not even up to total yet, they haven't even gone through formal recruitment, and they haven't even had their first week long philanthropy. Just give them time to establish themselves before you start ranking them, because we all know that they are NOT middle tier. They're not any tier.
