Phi Delt has been nothing but respectful and helpful to many organizations. They go above and beyond in every aspect that I have seen. I am friends with many of them as they go out of their way to make people feel welcomed. They even allowed a military vet to rush them that was older with a family. I'd say that alone shows they don't have "frat guy" mentality, but are much more wholesome.
