I don’t think the last part of your statement is how it works... chapters don’t think “she belongs in AEPhi so let’s give her a bid”. Chapters give girls bids for who they believe best fit them. If they think they fit in AEPhi, they simply don’t get a bid. And usually girls end up dropping out when they realize that’s what they’re left with. It’s time to start fresh
