This particular party was completely funded by sigma chi. They invited some phi psi's to come as well, but it would not be a phi psi party. The man who was run over was trying to walk to his car by walking on the highway. This man was never invited and didn't even go to school at Texas state. PEOple at the party say he was so belligerent that sigma chi kicked him out of the party. The driver who struck him was also going 30 mph over the speed limit on a highway. This has nothing to do with phi psi
