KA is the only old Elon fraternity that never lost their charter. Sig Ep, Sig Pi and Kappa Sig all got booted from Elon. Although Sig Ep and Sig Pi managed to recharter (Sig Pi more recently). I am not sure if Kappa Sig will do the same.
