Phi Mu is not tied with Sigma. They are a clear middle tier or just a ghost tier, but not comparable to any of the middle tiers. Middle Tiers are smart, social but not as social as top and involved. Phi Mu is not smart, very social and not involved. They are not that attractive and that's the last straw. Deal with it.
