I only know a few Tri Deltas and they seem fine. I would like to point out to those reading these rankings that any negative, hateful comment left like the one above usually comes from a ZTA. They tend to want to put other houses down so they can feel good about themselves. None of the other places do that. They like their house the best of course but don't feel the need to be demeaning like ZTA.
