PIKE nationals denied him so he called around until he found somebody who would allow him to create a chapter with no money and no requirement of learning the background. That ended up being Sigma Phi Epsilon. The next step was to grow as fast as possible. So they sat outside of the Commons for a few weeks giving out T-shirts to anyone who signed their name and gave a phone number. Their membership after that could best be described as "fluid" - recruiting guys for greek week then never seeing them again. In the end though that brand of drive-through Greek membership is the only type that is sustainable. Asking guys to learn the history and giving them nicknames is officially hazing according to Salisbury University. So while Sig Ep only barely fits the definition of a fraternity, they will be the only ones standing in the end.
