I hate to say anything positive about pike, but you're right they have retained whatever quality they had, and remained in the scene. However, i also do not see phi tau surviving this storm, because being a lower middle frat they don't have the resources or what it takes to do so. They do deserve their penalty, and its a shame a house like this is basically done, while a party house like pike does still have a future.
