I am an Alpha Phi. There is no 2/3 rule (as if we could even get away with that amongst our members). As for wrinkling the slip of paper. I think this is a reference to when pnm's turn in their little slip of paper at the door for rush showing that they attended the party. PAY ATTENTION. No member touches the paper. The pnm drops the slip of paper into a basket as she walks into the party. No one does it for her. It is physically impossible to wrinkle the slip of paper. People like to make up these rumors to make Alpha Phi look bad. But, none of this is true.
