Phi Mu isn't the top at all. In fact houses are very similar now. Tri Delt, DZ, KD, Phi Mu, ADPi , Chi O, and AOPi (no particular order), then Zeta, DG, SK, KKG, AXO, Pi Phi. That's the way most view it. There really isn't one clear top house we all know it so stop trying to claim it for Phi Mu.
