We are a real sorority.. aka1908.com is where you can find out all about us. We are the first Greek-lettered organization established for African-American women on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. on January 15th, 1908. Ethel Hedgeman-Lyle and 19 other women established our illustrious sorority and on January 29th, 1913 we were incorporated. That's just a small amount of history and if you checked we have 107 years of great history. Just an FYI
