Is our sisterhood perfect? No, but we are striving to create genuine connections and it appears that our retention seems to be pretty good compared to other organizations. We dont care about how we look or are perceived any more or less than other Greek organizations. Sad reality is that you cant attract new members without caring about these things - but we do know that we wont keep new members without also focusing on our sisterhood which we are very dedicated to doing.
