How can they be a top house and be rated a middle tier? A girl from another sorority talked to me during my campus visit and said that Pi Phi always had the highest returns and was on the top of everyone's ranking. They get bitter when they don't get invited back. She also told me to not pay much attention to GR b/c a guy got dumped, by her sorority and called them slu+s. She was nice and said that I would get dropped by the other sororities due to my legacy standing.
