Stop the hate. Pi phi has the best retention of all 9 houses and the largest number of girls still active. They also have the #1 rush returns for both Fall and spring. They do spring rush because it is mandated by nationals and end up getting awesome new members twice a year. It is the #1 house girls want to be in and stay in once they are active. This is a fact, based on rush returns and active member numbers.
