my roommate is a phi mu who previously lived there a few years back and she said it doesn't have to do with sisterhood at all...they just have a lot of rooms to fill and instead of raising dues for the members bc of empty space (like TPA did) they decided to let housing use the 3rd floor. get your facts before you post this kinda stuff girl
