I know this is an old thread but perhaps students are unaware that Delta Sigma Theta National Sorority, Incorporated's Midwest Region Lambda chapter takes in eligible women from seven Chicago-area universities and unites them in service and sisterhood. The DST women may be few in number at UChicago but they are just as much sorority women as Thetas, Pi Phis, DGs and AOIIs. Bonus FYI: they chartered in 1921 at The University Of Chicago.
