Or you could talk to the specific people you have problems with and stop hiding behind an anonymous website to criticize and generalize an entire chapter (and every chapter). I'm sure if you got to know girls better, you'd realize that everyone is the same, despite what chapter they're in. All chapters are great, stop making it a competition. Everyone going through recruitment is just looking for a place to call their own and everyone found a chapter to welcome them home so just stop being weird about it and maybe try reaching out to girls in every chapter.
