I have heard this fraternity is full of some men that do not know how to have good manners and be considerate of other students, guests, and the students that work for them. They need to be a bit more flexible and considerate of these others and the students that work for them instead of being demanding all the time. They keep demanding these men that work in this fraternity to work on jobs all the time even when these to have some time work on their academic work when the academic work is demanding. Improvements that can be made is to be more flexible with these men and not work them so hard. Stay away from this fraternity. They do not care about the well being of others anyways.
