Look again; no one is saying they're top tier. Joseph said they're "getting more and more fun" and all the stars he gave them translated into a "top tier" vote BY GREEK RANK. Neither Joseph nor anyone said "top tier" anywhere on this site. I up voted this because they are fun. How this got over 100 likes is beyond me but it's because of the fun aspect. They may very well have a stalker, just like many other houses do.
