last time i checked, there’s not a single kappa delta chapter in the country that raises money for Girl Scouts. They raise money for PCAA and PCAK and every penny they raise is donated. There’s a thing called dues that the girls pay and part of that goes into the budget for bid day. Your statement is entirely false. Have a great day!
