I understand what you mean about the houses -- but they will NEVER relinquish them. Too much history. Too much character too !! AND Sig Ep owns those houses. RPI will never wrest them away from that fraternity - even though the empress Shirley Jackson would absolutely love to. Not gonna happen !!
