Girls who will ostracize a member you disagree with. The core chapter (meaning who actually care enough to show up to chapters and events) is less than 30 girls. The whole chapter is about 5-8 cliques. All of which will ignore you if your not in theirs. It's worse than anything I experienced in high school and I was bullied. This girls won't attack you straight out but will play mind games. Very small persentage care for you because you are a sister. This is not just me on a bash a sorority rant. But even a more than a semester after quit I still get dirty glances from girls. Maybe this will wake just one girl up. Maybe she can help change the sorority for future women.
