Coming from a middle tier sorority that is not trying to rank hers first, yes, other than Chi Os and DZs, the rest of Greek life sees ZTAs as a top house. They're pretty and classy. They also probably have the nicest house on campus and a great location. Most frats would choose a Zeta over a DZ and Chi o to date.
