i have some friends in the chapter and they actually HAVE to always be recruiting. it's like in their bylaws. because their sorority was like founded on diversity and giving women a chance to be in greek life who wouldn't have before, if they have even one open spot they MUST do informal recruitment events. because they always have at least some open spots they are recruiting often whether they want to or not.
