Actually, this house is very close. No they don't base it off of looks, money, or popularity like other houses. They accept members who have goals, ambitions and kind hearts. Yeah some girls in the house are weird (every house has them) but they love and embrace those sister which makes them one of the best houses. They truly love and care about one another. So you can go ahead and bring them down for being kind, loving young women who refuse to fall into the 'basic sorority' stereotype.
