I’m a phi mu and I can confirm this. Headquarters always pushes us to hit numbers during recruitment. I love phi mu because it has given me lots of service opportunities and I really do love our philanthropy. I’ve also made some great friends. But yeah, there are a bunch of older girls who constantly complain. If you don’t like it then drop. We definitely lack spirit.
