ASA's home was built from the ground-up as a sorority home, and they are the only sorority to ever live there. DG's home is the same, just built decades earlier than ASA. DG also used to have so many members their overflow all lived in the apartment house to their east. APhi's current home was built in the late eighties expressly for DPhiE sorority, and when they left in 1997 it became apartments for many years. NEVER a frat house. DZ has lived forever and a day at their current address. At least since 1974. Tri Sigs home is unique, and they have also continuously lived there since at least 1974. Plenty of other NIU sororities have come and gone during the past 50 years, and many of those homes were either demolished or rented over the years by other frats and soros. I can think of only two greek homes that never became a greek home again once their original soro left campus, and those are where Chi Omega and Alpha Xi Delta resided during the 70s and 80s.
