I'm not a chi o or a zeta but don't let a video persuade your decision. Just let the videos be fun and go into recruitment with an open mind. Also some chapters (zeta, a phi, and maybe others) hire someone to make their video when some chapters (chi o, pi phi, adpi, once again maybe others) make their video themselves to save money. They're just for fun and to get girls excited for recruitment!!!
