As unfortunate as it is, she is still an Alpha Phi. She is no longer a member of the UNT chapter, but is still affiliated with Aphi International (this is a panhellenic rule, every sorority has this method) and since she is at a school with no Alpha Phi chapter, unless if Alpha Phi comes on her campus, she is an Alumni. In sorority terms, it’s still “legal” for her to post Alpha Phi related stuff since she is an Alumni, but she is not affiliated with the UNT chapter anymore.
