Seriously. A joke huh? A grown up young woman in any sorority would see this hateful talk and bashing would be ashamed. Instead of building up like minded females (from any organization) you want to label these ladies as a joke or weird. Tell OU what is the "joke"? Excellent grades, talent, personality, a flare for being themselves? Doesn't sound like a joke to me. Sounds like OU is going to have serious issues in the real world.
