Agreed, except having mixers with Zeta Psi and FIJI at all puts them in the same tier as Zeta and PiPhi. Now AST is for sure below Zeta, but AST parties a lot harder than PiPhi and that places them higher IN MY OPINION but tbh, they're all mid-tier and that's all the same. Only true bottom tier at this small greek school is DG (and they're super new), even Kappa isn't that horrible.
